1. Service Cancellation by Client (Recurring Services)
Notice Period: For ongoing services (such as the SMS Console or other indefinite agreements), the client may terminate the agreement by providing one calendar month's written notice to Delgon Technologies.
Method: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

2. Automatic Project Cancellation (Dormant Projects)
12-Month Limit: Web design and development projects that remain incomplete for 12 months due to the client's failure to provide content, specifications, or approval will be automatically cancelled.
Consequence: In this event, the project is considered terminated, and the initial 50% deposit is forfeited. To restart the project, a new invoice will be issued.

3. Suspension & Cancellation by Delgon Technologies Delgon Technologies reserves the right to suspend or cancel services immediately and without notice under the following circumstances:
Breach of Agreement: If the client fails to perform obligations or breaches terms (e.g., non-payment) and fails to remedy the breach within 7 days of notification.
Prohibited Content: If the service is used for competitions of an adult or explicit nature.
Network Security: If the client compromises the security of the Delgon Technologies network.

4. Cancellation of Quotations
30-Day Expiry: Unsigned quotations automatically expire 30 days from the quote date. If the client does not formally accept the quote within this window, the offer is cancelled, and rates may be amended.
