Refund Policy

1. Web Development Deposits Delgon Technologies utilizes a milestone-based refund structure for project deposits. Once specific project phases are approved or commenced, portions of the deposit become non-refundable to cover costs and intellectual property.

  • Design Phase Approval: Once the design concept has been formally signed off (approved) by the client, 60% of the deposit becomes immediately non-refundable.

  • Development Phase Commencement: Once a development site has been created and a link provided to the client to view progress, the remaining 40% of the deposit becomes non-refundable. At this stage, the full deposit is retained and no refunds will be issued.

2. Deposit Forfeiture (Time Lapse)

  • 12-Month Expiration: If a project is not completed within 12 months of the deposit payment due to the client's failure to provide necessary content, specifications, or timeous approvals, the 50% deposit will expire and the paid amount will be forfeited in full.

3. Prepaid Services (Bulk SMS)

  • Non-Refundable Balance: For SMS Console Services and other prepaid solutions, no amounts remaining on the account shall be refundable at any time. All pre-purchased credits are final.

4. Service Interruptions & Maintenance

  • No Credits for Downtime: The client shall not be entitled to any refund, discount, set-off, or credit in respect to suspensions of service required for maintenance, repairs, upgrades, or modifications to the Delgon Technologies network or services.
